Home is a structure rooted in a particular location for people to dwell in. But it can be more than a physical dwelling. As a Christian, Jesus makes his home in you and you in him. You become the place where his Spirit dwells “at home.” This external and internal reality of “home” is what I call “Whole Home.” Whole Home is the dynamic relationship between the inner life of a Christian woman specifically and the outer “home” that she stewards. In one sense- a Christian woman is always “working from Home!” Home is not a static entity, but like a good garden it is always growing in fruitfulness and the Master Gardner is always at work. Let’s hear what he’s been doing!
In this episode, we are back with Jess Ponder- the first-ever lady guest of Whole Home! We play “How Fast Can You Talk in 5 Minutes?” and dig into all things garden, that is, the “garden” of her life right now. Where God has planted her is so encouraging and I can’t wait for you to hear it! Pull up a seat to share in our conversation on prayer, what inspires her to write, her longing for more compassion, her thoughts on weakness, her unexpected joys and so much more.
